Returns and Refund Policy:

Criteria:

To initiate a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

Upon acceptance, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Options:

You may use your own shipping method or opt for our shipping service with a flat convenience fee.

Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 30 days of receiving the items at our warehouse.

Exchanges:

For a swift exchange, return the item and proceed with your next purchase.

Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of the return, with any remaining balance refunded.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

We will promptly evaluate the issue and arrange for a 100% return.
